You get every version, not just one

Eight files land in your download. Use the one that fits how you work today, and switch whenever that changes, without paying twice.

For your tablet: 138 pages

Two themes, Original and Dark. Every contents line is tappable, every page has edge tabs and home / prev / next buttons, so you land anywhere in one tap. Works in GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes and Xodo.

For your printer: 97 pages

Original, plus an Ink Saver black-and-white edition for when the cartridge is running low. Both in US Letter and A4. Print one page or the lot, reprint forever.

A Start Here guide and a thank-you card come with it. No account, no subscription, nothing expires.

Two themes, one purchase

Because planning happens at 11pm

Most of the planning you actually do happens after everyone is asleep, in a dark room, on a tablet in bed. A white page at that hour is a floodlight, and it wakes up whoever is next to you.

A real dark edition

Not an inverted PDF with grey text. All 138 pages redrawn: warm dark paper, its own accent colour, side tabs and buttons designed for a dark screen, and contrast checked so you can still read the small print at midnight.

And the original

The same 138 pages in the light theme, for daylight and for printing. Both are in your download, so this is never a choice you make once. Open whichever suits the hour.

One honest note: the Dark edition is for screens. If you print, use the Original or the Ink Saver files, which is what the print editions are for. Printing 138 dark pages would cost you a cartridge and we would rather say so now than refund you later.

Questions people actually ask

I've abandoned every planner I've ever bought. Why would this be different?

Because it's designed for exactly that. Traditional planners punish inconsistency, empty dated pages pile up like evidence. This one is undated, needs zero setup, and the welcome page literally gives you permission to abandon it and come back. It works in seasons and bursts, because that's how ADHD brains actually work.

Is it really only three things a day?

Yes, that's the point. Research on ADHD and decision fatigue shows long lists create overwhelm, and overwhelm creates avoidance. Three finished beats ten started. There's also a brain parking lot on every daily page for the other 37 thoughts.

What do I get for $7.99?

Eight instant-download PDFs. The tablet edition is 138 pages in two themes, Original and Dark, fully tappable. The print edition is 97 pages in four files: Original and an Ink Saver black-and-white version, each in US Letter and A4. Plus a Start Here guide and a thank-you card. Inside: 31 "only 3 things" Today pages, 5 weekly spreads, monthly views, cleaning/admin/dinner systems, a self-care section, a medication and energy tracker, the science section with real sources, 9 brain-dump pages and 52 note paper styles. Print only what you need, reprint forever.

What's the difference between the tablet and print editions?

The tablet edition (138 pages) is built for GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes or Xodo: every contents line is tappable, each page has edge tabs and home / prev / next buttons, so you can jump anywhere in one tap. The print edition (97 pages) drops the navigation furniture that only makes sense on a screen. You get both, so you can start on paper and move to a tablet later without buying anything twice.

Is it only for moms?

It's written in a mom's voice, mental load, kid logistics, dinner autopilot, but the core tools (Only 3 Things, Time Anchor, Dopamine Menu, 5-Minute Rule) work for any ADHD adult. If the money side is your bigger struggle, look at The ADHD Tax Refund instead.

Do I need a printer?

No. The tablet edition works in GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes or Xodo with tappable navigation, and there's a Dark theme for reading at night. If you do print, use the Ink Saver black-and-white files, they're built to keep cartridge use down.

Ready when you are
